New ATC layout, 17th B-day Tomorrow

Okay, took me enough to get the beta of ATC up… here it is.
I’ve noticed that every test layout that I have ever done since December 23rd, 2005, has been an edited version of another site’s layout. Now-a-days, it’s pretty though to get a unqiue layout for your own, and we are “forced” to emulate others. This is no diffrent. Some of the more current layouts that I have done (which are deleted or archived on my computer) are more like improvements on the original design, such as taking an actual image between two h1 tags, and make it so there is text and a link in it, but it’s hidden and a image is there instead. When the stylesheet is disabled, you see the linked text, rather than the image. That is what we call accessibility.
