First blog post of May
Today I have been trying to think about what I should blog about, since it’s already May 3rd and I have not done any posts yet. I was trying to do a blog post yesterday during school but the bell rang before I even got started, and today I tried to start a post earlier but the bell rang. ANYWAYS, I have been trying to improve my drawing skill. It’s getting better, but it’s nowhere as good as Kina’s art. xD
The website that I have been working on lately hasn’t been updated for about a week now. I’ve been trying to work on the homepage, but I’m having a little trouble figuring out what would work the best for the image that is to go between the ‘Valley of the Wind’ logo (the top one) and the content, which will eventually have latest work and blog post titles, and maybe some other things. I’m not too sure of the details yet because this project itself is very new and I don’t have any of the code or resources at the moment to complete it.
In Film & Video we’ve been getting started on our student film, at the moment just practicing how to use the equipment and such. I won’t have a direct influence on the film, because I am the editor. I did want to do camera, since I’m pretty good with cameras too, but since I was the only person in the class who could do good editing, and most people were uncomfortable in using Final Cut Express, I had no other choice but to remove my name from the “camera op” list and be the solo person in the “editor” list.
This Saturday or Sunday I’ll be going over to Corie’s house for a LAN party… playing HALO2. It’ll be fun, but since I do not have a XBox 360 or HALO2 to practice with, I’m going to get pwned. Massively. Maybe I could buy HALO2 for the PC and get an XBox 360 USB controller. That’ll be fun. xD
